Hi, my name is Jasmine, I am 23 years old and I am from Bath, England. My favourite pastimes include reading, writing, painting and watching films/television series. Teaching is also a passion of mine and I am looking forward to helping you improve your English skills in a relaxed and supportive environment. I have just finished the final year of my degree studying French and German at the University of Bristol. As part of my course I taught English as a foreign language in Austria for 6 months to a range of age groups in two different schools. This experience was very enjoyable as I was asked to plan and deliver a range of lessons around many different topics, from culture and history, to sport, music and politics, all of which I found very interesting to research and discuss with my classes. I am currently living in France, working as a teaching assistant in Bordeaux, with the hope of starting a Master's course the following year. I believe my spoken and written English is of a very high standard, having studied this subject at A level.

I am studying towards a BSc in Mathematics, helping my fellows in said subject throughout my prior studies. My hobbies have included PC hardware and the space around it, some years of Aikido and archery, (not forgetting to mention) a delight in reading novels (be they published or in-progress works). I have a CertHE from the University of Warwick towards an Engineering course, and completed my A2s in 2017 (Mathematics/Further Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry). I studied for the FSMQ (Freestanding Mathematics Qualification) alongside GCSEs in 2015, almost achieving 'A's across the board.

I am currently studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Nottingham. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do. I am eager to commit to a lifetime of learning and discovery, while making an impact that benefits generations to come, by immersing myself in this arena. Along with my academics, I enjoy playing volleyball and baking in my free time. I am very passionate about learning new languages and am very fond of reading. I have received my High School Diploma and have completed my A-Levels in Edexcel Chemistry (A*), Maths (A*), and Physics (A). I am currently in my second year at the University of Nottingham studying Electrical Engineering. I have experience tutoring for over a year with various students and can adapt to their needs accordingly. I am fluent in Urdu, Hindi and English.
