Hi! I’m Surabhi - I love helping students not just understand their subjects, but actually enjoy learning. I focus on building confidence, finding the right approach for each person, and making lessons engaging and interactive. I’m patient, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, no matter how small or silly they may sound :) Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, art and dance! I'm from a very small village near Barcelona, and growing up there gave me the ability to grow up bilingual. I attended an extracurricular private English school from a very young age, what made me capable of acquiring an acceptable level of English before moving to England. From the age of 3 I attended a private school in Spain, where Spanish and Catalan were equally spoken. I consider both to be my mother language. From the age of 8 I started attending an English academy as an extracurricular activity. There I was prepared to take the Cambridge English Official Exams. I spent 10 years there, and I'm happy to say that it was the knowledge and experience that I gained there what motivated me to go to university in England. I'm currently studying in London, and I know first hand how learning a new language can completely change your life.

Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question!
