I studied Mathematics at University and I have currently graduated from university. My hobbies are reading books, playing piano, playing sports and joining societies. I have been teaching students for more than a year now and I enjoy being a tutor because sharing my knowledge and helping students improve in mathematics makes me happy. I have completed my GCSEs in UK and achieved great results in all subjects. I also studied Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics A level at college and graduated studying Mathematics at University. I recently completed my third year at university and I enjoy Mathematics a lot.

Languages: English and Spanish. I am a native Spanish and Dr in social anthropologist at the the University of Manchester. I teach Sociology and Media Studies at all Levels including GCSE, A-Level including IB curriculum and exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, 11+ and Cambridge International. I also teach Spanish to adult students at different levels. My teaching philosophy is shaped by my academic background in anthropology and interest in how cultures influence the production of knowledge. I also have knowledge in film studies and skills in audio-visual production. I can support students in their academic and artistic creative process. In my teaching, I link the learning material and cultures to engage in communication with the students and contextualise what we are learning. I'm Mary, an Exeter University graduate with a first class English honours degree. I am an experienced tutor having tutored both online and in my local community for two years. I have familiarity and experience with the UK English curriculum, having taught 11+ English, Key Stage 3, Creative Writing, GCSE English Language and Literature, and A Level English to many students around the local area and online. I have taught a myriad of students from different exam boards and always take care to cover their specific curriculum with them before they begin.
