I'm literally so overjoyed to have had the amazing opportunity to join GoStudent as a tutor back in April 2023 and I just wanted to elaborate further on my academic and in addition extracurricular skills which have equipped me greatly to be able to shine a light on my own capabilities as well as my weaknesses at this time! I think that I have developed my communication skills via group work with the rest of the tutors and programme coordinators and also have had the privilege to really just go into further detail about what actually makes me tick and I really appreciate how supportive everyone has been in terms of my development and progress thus far. But how about he excitement of sharing a wonderful session with my tutees? We usually discuss the relevance of outside-of-the-box thinking and how phenomenal it is when the student and their loved ones get to choose what will happen during the lesson itself and also set the standards regarding the content to be covered so the sessions are usually quite fun and engaging to be honest! :-)

I am from Sri Lanka and I finished my IGCSEs and IALs there. Majored in Physics and Mathematics. I enjoy teaching Mathematics and Physics. In my free time, I like to craft model RC planes, listen to audiobooks and train in grappling arts. I am excited to get to know you and have fun learning things together!

Hi! I am Sandra, I have a degree in Chemistry and I am currently pursuing my post graduate degree in Molecular Medicine. I've had the pleasure of teaching Chemistry, English and Math, and I conduct tutorials that turn complex concepts into engaging learning experiences. My favorite subject? Definitely Biochemistry and Analytical Chemistry. When I’m not in the classroom or lab, you’ll find me playing with my adorable pug, Peanut. He’s my bundle of joy, always up for a game or a cuddle, making every day a bit brighter. Apart from science, I have a knack for diving into the past. I love reading about the Greeks, Romans, and medieval castles. There was this one time I read an entire book on castle construction—so fascinating! Exploring history feels like time traveling and discovering the roots of our present world.
