Also, I have a lot of experience in Nurseries with under 2s and over 2s - so just love working with children and young people in general! I also enjoy swimming in my free time. About Me I am twenty one years old and am currently in my third year, studying English with Creative Writing. I live in Scotland and have grown up here my whole life. I was born in Dundee and now live in Aberdeen! I used to be an assistant ballet teacher, which is one of the reasons why I wanted to become a tutor. I also love to write poems and have released a poetry book! I also love to bake and hang out with my friends! I have completed two years and alongside English I have taken modules in film, sociology and philosophy. I have just started my third year, which involves a creative writing module which I have been really enjoying. It has made me realise my love for literature and writing and I hope I can pass that onto my students!

I am a cheerful person with a bubbly personality and I work well with children as well as teenagers. Back in Poland, I had been pursuing two educational paths for 8 years of my life - mainstream education and music school where I studied piano performance. I went to a French-speaking middle school (Years 8-10) where I started learning French. I had classes held partially in French (Biology, Chemistry, History, Maths) and after my third year there (Year 10) I passed the DELF B2 exam (French as a Foreign Language issued by the French Ministry of Education). After coming to England, I tried to make the most of my scholarship at a private school and try things that I have never thought of doing. For my A levels I did Mathematics, French, Music, and Classical Civilisations (A*, A*, A*, A). In my free time, I would attend Ancient Greek and coding classes. I have also received distinctions in ABRSM music exams: Theory Grade 5 and Piano Grade 8. Now I study music composition at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.

My name is Shalini and my background is as medical doctor, having graduated from St George's, University of London. I have also worked as a medical writer and an examiner for medical students. I teach 11+, Biology, Chemistry and Spanish. At A-Levels I achieved grades A*, A*, A in these subjects. I took the 11+ myself to gain admission into a grammar school based in Buckinghamshire. At GCSEs, I achieved 8A*s and 2As. At A-levels, I took Biology, Chemistry and Spanish, achieving grades A*,A*,A. I also took Maths AS-level, achieving an A grade. I studied medicine at a university in London, graduating with two merit awards (top 20% of the year).
