Hi there my name is Dan and I am looking to help people when it comes to learning English and History. I am 30 years old and I have a wide breadth of experience from a career that has spanned multiple roles in a variety of sectors from teaching assistant and one-to-one tutoring, all the way to construction and freelance journalism. I want to help people meet their own personal goals and what with English being so ubiquitous, it seems a grasp of at least the basics is an essential part of anyone's toolkit. My teaching style is somewhat informal with a great emphasis on what particularly interests my student because, from my experience, interest cannot be imposed on someone, it must be nurtured and addressed on the individual's terms.

I offer tutoring for the following: Maths - KS2 up to and including GCSE Further Maths - GCSE I also offer tutoring for adults looking to gain their Maths GCSE or Functional Skills qualification I'm currently working in the pharmaceutical industry having moved over from the financial sector. I've previously tutored a range of students (both in age and ability) and enjoy helping others obtain their goals.

Hello, I'm Armi, an English teacher since 2021. Having completed my postgraduate studies in 2023, my primary focus is English teaching, although I find joy in exploring various academic subjects. My classes are conducted entirely in English, aiming for an immersive learning experience. Beyond teaching, I'm passionate about community service, have military experience, and enjoy figure skating and fashion modeling for international competitions.
