Saurav took his time to understand my sons need in a calm manner and made time for my son so it was nice to see my son give a smile at the end to show he liked his first session with his tutor. Thank you saurav, making a positive impact already

He was a great teacher as he helped explain a lot what I needed to know for my upcoming exam and gave much needed feedback on where I needed to improve.

Hi, I'm Caitlin! I am an English Literature graduate from the University of Sheffield. My degree in English has given me lots of knowledge, insight and passion for the subject. I am an experienced and reliable tutor, and in the past have tutored GCSE students who have gone on to achieve amazing grade 9s. GCSE: English Literature + English Language (Such as Shakespeare, Poetry, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, An Inspector Calls) A-Level: English Literature I will work with the student towards their goals and help them become more confident and advanced in their written and verbal ideas. I have a degree in English Literature from a Russell Group University. I have achieved high grades in English Literature at degree, GCSE and A-Level, and it was always my favourite subject. I am very passionate about different texts and much of the content I learnt myself when I did my exams back in 2017. My lessons will be informative, fun and interesting and I will focus on the needs of the student and helping them to achieve their best grade and full potential!

I am a Dedicated Teacher with a 6 year plus track record of successfully encouraging and leading pupils. Highly organised, motivational teacher with an exceptional behaviour management skill set. Expert in providing constructive feedback to maintain pupils’ passion for learning. I pride myself on my ability to help students attain the grades they want – even on topics they don’t especially like! Whether it is Language or Literature, I’ve managed to produce amazing results, even after only a few weeks of tutoring. . I have a proven ability to engage and motivate young learners from a diversity of backgrounds, age groups and abilities and remain passionately committed to raising student outcomes. I am very flexible with my teaching style and will go above and beyond for the academic development of each student. I am well versed with their mark scheme and awarding criteria. I provide a world class experience of learning, that suits the needs of each individual learner. My lessons are fun, dynamic, engaging, challenging and full packed with excellent learning resources and activities that help the student achieve and success at obtain great results, My teaching style is a unique blend of vibrancy and professionalism. I've always believed that both teaching and learning should be fun and this is the ethos I adhere to in every lesson. I have a proven track record of significantly improving students' grades and I believe this is because my students genuinely enjoy being in my classes. Once the topic is consolidated, the second part of the session consists of past paper question practise. We work together through topical exam questions to prepare the student for the layout and standard of question they will receive in their exam. In my opinion, question practise is vital for success in english exams and is a key form of revision. If a student can confidently work through past paper questions on the topic covered, we can both feel confident they will succeed in their exams BA degree in Relgiious studies and education studies. Post Graduate certificate in Education ( PGCE) A Levels in Health and Social Care 8+ GCSE Other courses : active listening trained , health and safety, Youth and community work, safeguarding , child protection

Hello! I've been a tutor three years now, helping dozens of students. If you are interested, I'd be happy to put you in contact with some of them so that you can chat about anything you're interested. I'll work with you in conversation, which'll brings us intellectually close to each other. This allows empathy to guide the learning process. One of the challenges I often face is answering an insightful question. If I'm not able to do it independently, I focus on relating to you through a simpler concept we are both familiar with. By breaking this concept down into smaller pieces and unveiling our own understanding of it, we enlighten ourselves. The thing I enjoy most about teaching is learning about you. I help with a tough concept or methodology by relating my presentation to how you reckon already known matters. This process will familiarize us with your subject's topics. This is the reason why we'll mostly avoid memorizing stuff. - Do you find lectures boring? If so, you'll find my lessons a perfect fit! Our lessons won't be old-school. Whether you're cutting your teeth with tuition or not, you'll be in conversation with me. As your tutor, I'll share thoughts back and forth and build our understanding of your subject's concepts and methods. - Do you find yourself in stupor at school? From our very first class, I'll lead you to explore and become your own coach, so that you can see results after the first two weeks. We don't need to learn by heart most of the things required to pass with flying colors. As your mentor, I pursue with fervor the breaking down of concepts and getting to the bottom of them. Once we achieve this, you won't have to revise said concepts ever again. - What if you find exams particularly tough? Isn't it annoying when you know the material but still can't get those marks? I offer exam preparation and methods to get those precious marks. We'll read the questions together and work on writing expression. See you soon in the classroom! ===== ** NOTE ** - taking only students that are interested in 3 lessons per week or more ===== - Subjects I teach: - Lower level: Writing, History, Physical Ed. - GCSE: Writing, Computer Science, Physical Ed. - AS-level: Writing, Math, Biology and Physics. - A-Level: Biology. - Languages: Spanish (native speaker) and English as a second language. I completed Secondary School in Life Sciences and hold a Vocational School Diploma in Biomedical Science. I took first-year University courses in Chemistry and Engineering. These included subjects like Physics, Biology, Statistics, Algebra, Calculus, etc. Lastly, I'm a self-taught personal trainer. Throughout this particular academic endeavour, I studied biomechanics and anatomy, with a solid knowledge of their application to weightlifting.
