Hi! I'm Ben, I'm a 3rd year Computer Science student at the University of Glasgow. I could talk about computers for a long time, but I also love music! I play clarinet in my University windband every week. I'm also really into musicals, and I'm a huge video game nerd even though im not very good at most of them. In Canada I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, with a Major in Outdoor Leadership. I worked in this field for a few years, but eventually found myself drawn to the business and financial side of things in the organization that I worked for. In the future, I would like to pursue education and work in business and finance. My favorite hobby is being active in the outdoors. I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, and almost anything else that gets me outside and being active. I also love to relax with a good book on a quite day or evening. My other qualifications are not particularly connected to tutoring. I am certified to teach a number of adventure activities. I am a Top Rope Climbing instructor, certified by the ACMG, I am a level 1 Mountain Bike instructor, certified with PMBIA, OCC Hiking Field Leader, and I also took an 80 wilderness first aid course. These things give a bit of a picture about what I am interested in, and what I have pursued learning about or teaching in my life. Tutoring is new to me, but I do have a lot of experience with teaching and instructing in an outdoor context. I think I can easily apply my outdoor instruction and facilitation skills, to tutoring.

Hi! My name is Marjana! I am currently an undergraduate student at Aston University. I am a dedicated maths tutor who aims to make each and every lesson fun and interactive. I love teaching and proving to students that learning maths can be fun! I have successfully delivered over 300 lessons with Gostudent, helping many students improve not only their grades but also their confidence when it comes to learning and studying! I’ve previously worked as a teaching assistant, helping students between year 7 and year 11 in maths. Working in a school environment has allowed me to identify where students struggle in maths. I have planned and structured maths lessons which has aided my tutoring online. I have experience working with children of all ages, as I have a Level 3 Qualification in teaching Sports. I have tutored students of a variety of abilities, including children with learning difficulties. I aim to cater every lesson to the student's particular needs. I tutor maths from primary level up to GCSE, while also tutoring English at primary level. I also work with students taking their 11+ or higher exams. I can also tutor students who are taking Business Studies GCSE/ A-level.
