About Me: I am a second year English Literature student at Royal Holloway University of London. I am confident, extroverted, sociable and patient. I have had a lot of experience with teaching. I tutored Primary School students on English and Maths as part of a babysitting job during my A Levels. I taught reading fluency and expression in Year 5 and 6 to younger years, as well as in Year 10 and 11 as part of my school's extracurricular activity program. I have taught around three classes of 30 A Level students British Sign Language to a conversational standard. I enjoy teaching, especially younger years, and working with others to develop confidence and skills in education. I got A*s in my English GCSEs and an A in English at A Level.

Hi, my name’s Arandeep and I’m 20, I am a second year Economics BSc student at the University of Nottingham. I predominantly tutor Maths at GCSE and A-Level with 3 years of experience and have increased Maths GCSE grades for all student’s I tutored for the previous exam season. Maths is a massive passion of mine and I hope to make the student find their passion for maths and achieve the best possible grades. As Economics is what I currently study, I am more than familiar with the content at A-Level (having only completed my A-Levels 3 years ago) and I know of the essential skills and techniques required. I enjoy playing sports with avid interests in Football and Cricket, I play Sunday League Football as well as 5-a-side and played for my school and college Cricket team. As well as sports I enjoy listening to podcasts regarding finance and technology (fintech). I play PlayStation occasionally and go to the gym regularly as a way to stay on top of fitness. I've been a deputy head for ten years in London and now I am working to support students directly to be successful in particularly in maths GCSE, A Level Law and 11+ entrance. I know that students have different needs and that it is essential to adapt lessons to fit students' different skills. It's exactly why tutoring can unlock potential and give confidence, and I really enjoy doing it! I am at the moment really booked up with tutees, so have availability only between 06.00 and 07.30. First Class degree from Durham University PGCE (Qualified Teacher Status) from University of Oxford Current law student and scholarship holder at BPP I'm stoked about learning. So much so, I've put myself through my paces throughout my career to teach new and different subjects.
