Hello everyone! I'm Teacher Sheila and I'm excited to be your math teacher this year! Math can be challenging, but it's also a powerful tool for solving real-world problems and thinking critically. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. My approach focuses on guiding students toward their educational goals, whether transitioning to postsecondary education, pursuing vocational paths, or achieving personal growth. I continuously assess and document both the academic and social progress of my students, maintaining thorough records and analyzing data to inform my teaching strategies. To keep parents and guardians involved, I communicate regularly through multiple channels and hold conferences as needed to discuss individual progress, aligning with school requirements and ensuring a collaborative approach to each student's development.

I am 20 years old, Nigerian and live in London but attend university in Nottingham. I occasionally play football, run track and love watching anime. I have 3 A-levels: Biology, Chemistry and Physics, achieving an ABB in that order. I also achieved grades ranging from 8-6 in my GCSEs. After finishing the official exams under the general sciences section, I started studying architecture at the university and thank God I got my bachelor and master! I am now studying theology. With a lot of experience in teaching the subjects mentioned in the upper section, I now enjoy adding some tips and games to the sessions!

For Higher Education, I can also offer tuition specifically for Dissertation modules. I'm Lily, a Ph.D. researcher in English Literature. I hold First Class degrees in Literature and Linguistics (BA Hons) and Contemporary Literature (MA). I specialise in twentieth and twenty-first-century Literature, English Language and Linguistics, Theory of Mind, and Neurolinguistics. My current research interests are consciousness studies at the intersection between the humanities and the sciences, using literary fiction to represent modes of cognition.
