Hi! I'm Eve. Levels & Subjects I teach: The subjects I can tutor are English Literature and English Language at a lower and GSCE level, and also History at lower, GSCE, and A-Level. Exam Board experience: Although I have personally sat my exams with the AQA exam board (meaning I have the most experience with their particular content), I am adaptable and can tutor for any exam board necessary! Languages: I am fluent in English. SEND (Special Education Needs and Disability) experience: I have yet to gain experience with SEND. Preferred Student Age group: My preferred student ages are GSCE and A-Level, but I am completely happy and able to provide tutoring for all ages! About me: I am a third year History and Philosophy student, who has always loved English, history, and the arts. My degree has made it possible for me to learn more in-depth about my favourite areas of history - particularly the cold war and feminist history - and to continue my passion for English by taking minor classes in Classics. In my GSCES, I received a 7 in both English Lit and English Language, and an 8 in History. At A-Level, I received an A in History. Some of my favourite past-times are reading (both novels and poetry), listening to music, and designing and sewing clothes. My current favourite read is The Odyssey by Homer, and The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde - both of which I highly recommend. I am excited to gain more experience in tutoring the subjects I love, and I look forward to hopefully working with some of you!

My name is Rsalat Abbas. I am currently a Medical Student. I enjoy teaching Biology and Chemistry. Having sat a lot of exams through GCSEs and A-Levels I have picked up on quite a few techniques which I would like to teach to others as well as making the content easy and enjoyable for students. I would only like to teach GCSE Biology and Chemistry and Physics. In my spare time I like to play badminton and bake.

Hello there! My name is Rajvir and I am a former student who has studied Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-levels. I used to be a student who had struggled a lot at the start of Year 12 (the start of my A-levels) and found it quite difficult to catch up at first. However, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a bunch of talented people too who were willing to help me learn. Through doing so/experiencing this, I've gained an insight into what it's like to be on the receiving end as a tutee. I've then used these teaching techniques of mine to help others around me improve and motivate them into striving to do better in Maths too. I find satisfaction and joy in knowing I can help make a tedious subject seem a tad bit more bearable and can help find the "inner mathemetician" in people I support. I generally tend to take a casual approach when teaching and work hard questions at the start after teaching basic concepts to find the weaknesses of those I tutor and have found this to be quite effective in the past!! I am very friendly and will work to the best of my ability to help my students. Moreover, I shall try and provide them the guidance to better equip them for their higher studies. I have a lot of experience with students of various age groups enabling me to be aware of the requirements of a diverse group of students. Furthermore, I try to make my sessions as interactive as possible and encourage my students to take an active part in conversations and discussions giving them a more comfortable environment to study in. I am very easy to talk to and always have an open ear for any and all suggestions. I have a lot of hobbies. I play many sports such as football, cricket, and table tennis. In addition, I am very good at horseback riding, and I use to teach children how to ride. Furthermore, I have a never-ending love for planes. This may be because my father is a pilot, and I am an engineering student. I am studying Mechanical Engineering at Coventry University. I am undergoing an Integrated Master's Course, and am currently in my final year at university. I completed my A levels in 2020 in Qatar, and obtained the following grades: Maths - A Chemistry - A Physics - A* In addition, I obtained 4As in the first year of my A levels. I started my GCSE's in Pakistan consequently completing them in Qatar in 2018.
