I am a year 2 student at university studying Biological sciences Bsc. I have tutored and taught for many years now in the subjects including biology and chemistry. I have also taught primary school children up until ks3. My favourite subject in teaching is biology. I’m on the path to becoming a research scientist in the near future. My passion for education and cross-cultural communication prompted me to transition from a career in law to teaching English Soft Skills and Cross-Cultural Communication overseas. I have taught in-person and online classes in a variety of countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Russia, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. I specialised in teaching Young Learners, Academic English, Business and General English. I helped students acquire the ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. I provided academic English instruction to students aiming for success in academic settings, focusing on advanced language skills, essay writing, and academic vocabulary. My experience has made me self-motivated and skilled in teaching students of various proficiency levels. I create personalised lesson plans tailored to each individual's learning goals and areas for improvement. I have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which served as the foundation for my legal skills. To further my interest in justice, I pursued a Master's degree in law and comparative criminal justice, focusing on immigration and modern slavery concerns. I recently completed a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) course to improve my English language teaching skills. My educational background demonstrates a dedication to both legal knowledge and language instruction.

I have recently completed my undergraduate degree in mathematics. I have been tutoring for over 2 years and can design you a perfect study plan to help you master mathematics no matter what your level is. Lessons are tailored to you with a focus on your development of mathematical fluency as well as getting you exam ready. I am currently doing my teacher training (PGCE with QTS) at the University of Manchester. Lastly, I am currently writing a mathematics book and I have a tik tok where I go through different types of problems (https://www.tiktok.com/@callumcosens?lang=en). I can teach: GCSE Mathematics, Level 2 Further Mathematics, GCSE Statistics, A-level Mathematics, A-Level Further Mathematics, KS2, and KS3 maths. My interests: In my free time, I am involved with my university's chess club and I have great involvement surrounding it. I play regularly in tournaments and competitions. I am also very involved in eSports and play eSports titles such as Valorant, Rocket League & more at a competitive level. I have graduated with a degree in mathematics. In school, I studied A - level maths, further maths, and economics where I have achieved A*s. I am currently studying for my PGCE (with QTS) in mathematics. I am trained to teach mathematics at KS3 to A-level (including further maths).

I'm studying Natural Product Drug Discovery and it is very multi-disciplined, it involves a lot of chemistry, biology and engineering. I completed my BSc in Chemistry in 2021 with 1st class honours! In my spare time, I like to stay fit by doing boxing, practising yoga and going to the gym! I also enjoy being creative by painting and drawing, as well as knitting and crochet.
