Hi, I’m Alby! I’m a TEFL-certified and licensed professional teacher with a Master’s in Education. I’ve had the amazing opportunity to teach in diverse regions, including Spain, Canada, Palestine, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe. With 10 years of experience under my belt, I’ve done it all—from private tutoring to in-person and online teaching. I’ve taught English, Mathematics, and Science to both elementary and secondary students. Currently, I enjoy teaching European and Asian students through English Central. In my free time, I’m passionate about self-knowledge and self-development, constantly seeking ways to grow and improve. I also love traveling and exploring new cultures, which enriches my teaching and personal life. My name is Albert. I hold a Bachelor's in Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, and am a licensed professional teacher. I’m also pursuing a Master’s in Education. I am currently a first year university student, studying PPE (politics, philosophy and economics) at the university of York. I successfully achieved straight As and A*s (7,8,9s) at GCSE, which led me to pick history, biology and Spanish at A level. I am particularly unique when it comes to Spanish teaching as I am a native speaker, being half Spanish, and having spoken the language from as little as I can remember. I sat my GCSE’s and A levels at Mayfield school, a boarding school for girls in East Sussex. After my a levels, I had successfully gotten into my firm and my insurance choice universities ( the university of Nottingham an the university of York). Both universities being Russel group, I ended up deciding to attend the university of York, here I currently am a first year studying PPE (BA)(politics, philosophy an economics).

I'm a student at the university of Bath and if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I love mathematics. From simple word problems to integrating complex functions, mathematics is a powerful (and beautiful) tool in understanding the world we live in.
