Hello, I'm Sophie, an 19 year old second year undergraduate student studying Modern Languages at University. I have an enthusiasm for languages and genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can guarantee you’ll have productive and enjoyable sessions with me. In my free time I enjoy dancing latin dances such as Bachata and Salsa and like socialising and practicing my language skills. I am fluent in Russian due to my heritage and have visited Moscow annually during the summer holidays. I have previous experience in having tutored 3 GCSE students while juggling with my A levels and helped them achieve their goals. In addition, I participated in online language classes back in 2022 for Berlitz Oxford Language Centre as a role of a teacher assistant, so I am very familiar with the tutoring/teacher role. Hi! I’m Kai, a fairly easy-going guy from London and I have been tutoring for just over 5 years and love every minute of it! I am here to help you ace your exams and provide that 'lightbulb' moment! Whichever way you learn best I will tailor my lessons to you. I tend to use many different resources depending on what suits your learning style, for example I usually incorporate diagrams and flowcharts to visualise some of the tricker concepts. I know when I was a student, having a tutor was a huge benefit to me as I was able to understand concepts from a different point of view. Away from tutoring, I am also a huge fan of football (Real Madrid of course!) and Athletics, mostly 100m and 200m sprinting and I previously represented both my County and Athletics Club several times at regional level.
