I like to teach Maths at any level ranging from Key Stage 2 to A-Level and Physics at the Key Stage 3 and GCSE level. I graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2021 with a first-class degree in Social Anthropology. I also took modules in History and Art History in the first two years of my course. My passion for History led me to an MSc in Digital Heritage at the University of York and to my current job at the University of Dundee Museums Service. I also have over 7 years of experience volunteering at Heritage sites and Museums. I've done various roles in archives, social media, events and exhibitions as well as working as a tourguide at a castle with a 1500 year history. I think this gives me a lot of skills in communicating heritage alongside the academic skills that would make me a good tutor for History. My hobbies are art and design. I love to paint and draw but have been doing a lot of digital illustrations recently. I'm also really interested in historical fashion. I've done costuming for theatre shows and I like to sew from vintage patterns or make history inspired items. I have also been working on designing historical dress-up doll online games which is an extension of my MSc dissertation research. Additionally I love to bake and enjoy yoga and walking. I would like to take a students hobby/interest and use that as an entry point into the period to capture their imagination. Coming from a museum background I would also like to incorporate objects from collections as a starting point for understanding the past and a way to develop the source analysis skills needed in exams.

KS1/2/3: Mathematics, Science GSCE: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics Hey all, I'm a recent graduate having studied chemistry at university and currently applying for masters courses. Having had some tutoring myself during my GSCE period, I know how much of a nerve wracking experience it is for both students and parents, with my lessons focusing on teaching best based on the students learning style, I hope to put those nerves at ease. Above are the list of subjects I teach and at which level. Academics aside, I like to keep active by training boxing and have fought to an amateur level. I also enjoy constructing model kits (Gundam) and speak Korean fluently as although I was born in the UK, my parents came from South Korea. I thoroughly enjoyed studying chemistry, having achieved a 2:1 (Hons) at Cardiff University. As well as obviously chemistry being a large component of my degree, physics, mathematics and biochemistry were an integral part of my studies as well. I'm currently enrolled to pursue a master's at King's College London to further my knowledge.

Hi, my name is Medhavi and I am a first year medical student. I aspire to teach in a way that is tailored for the student's individual needs by combining aspects of theory with hands-on learning and exam questions. I hope to foster a positive and encouraging environment for the student by patiently easing them into the content and building our way up. I understand that attending tuition can be a daunting experience at times, which is why I strive to be a compassionate and understanding tutor. I have achieved all top grades 7-9 in GCSE, with 9s in Biology and Chemistry. I have also achieved As in A Level Psychology and Biology. From years 7-13, I attended a highly selective grammar school and am now entering my first year of medical school. I have taken part in work experience at Broomfield hospital and have received certification for this. I have prior experience with tutoring, and have worked alongside children ages 5 and up in both teaching and volunteering jobs.
