I love science the most ( that is why I am a secondary science teacher), spending time in nature, especially seaside. I try to go theatre often, read detective stories, play tennis and do a bit of pottery. Native Lithuanian speaker, also fluent in Russian language. Teaching science and biology in grammar school. I'm currently studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Manchester. I enjoy working through tough problems and finding satisfying solutions. I hope to encourage more students into a Mathematics or Physics career by helping them discover the beauty of the subjects. Tutoring subjects: GCSE: Maths, Physics ALevel: Maths, Further Maths, Physics Currently a second year at the University of Manchester doing Theoretical Physics. I tutored Year 10 maths in person for a year, and currently help out first years at university with any physics problems they might have. My main method of teaching is first introducing a concept, and practicing questions to consolidate understanding. I make use of analogies as they help students grasp a concept by linking it to something they are already familiar with, and love to challenge them by going slightly beyond what is strictly required by their curriculum, once they are comfortable.

I have availability for students Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I have been an educator and trainer for over 10 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English at primary level and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.
