My name is Aarzu and I've been teaching English and Primary level Maths for 3 years. Teaching is one of my biggest passions, along with writing and film. I believe in the importance of understanding the material, rather than simply learning it and my goal is provide you guidance to achieving that. I am an international student from India, currently in my final year of a Bachelor's degree in English and Film Studies Joint Honours at the University of Leeds. I have studied Economics for 4 years and taught it for 2 years before joining university, along with Political Science and French. I am highly passionate about teaching, in addition to which I ran a special creative writing workshop for primary and secondary school children every week for 2 years, to enhance their storytelling abilities. I have also been working as a freelance writer for the past 3 years, having completed projects for multiple international companies.

I am a third year medical student at Hull York Medical School, who has tutored in the past and I am glad to start tutoring again to help support students on their educational journey. I worked as an in school tutor during my gap year to help support students achieve their targeted grades especially GCSE students. During the pandemic I shifted to online and so I am confidently able to teach online. I enjoy reading, writing and watching TV shows in my spare time to help unwind from my course. I am always willing to help students who aspire to be medical students and answer any questions they have as well. This was an eye-opening worthwhile experience that I will always remember and I appreciated helping others.
