I have been teaching science at the secondary level for 4 years after completing a PGCE Secondary Science (Chemistry) with Qualified Teacher Status. I have a Chemistry Bachelors in Science (2:1) Upper Second Class Honours. I have always been passionate about the sciences.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I have 5 years experience tutoring Maths at secondary school level. I also taught English as a foreign language whilst I lived abroad in South America. Aside from teaching, I enjoy learning new languages, listening to music and attending live music events.

I have been underestimated by my school at GCSE and A-Level, as I achieved far greater grades than they predicted. I am excellent at Maths and Computer Science; and through my cognition, I will be able to explain key concepts in detail so that students walk away from each session with new acquired knowledge and understanding.

Teaching is a passion that allows me to combine my love for learning with my desire to help others succeed. There's something deeply rewarding about watching a student grasp a new concept or gain confidence in their abilities. For me, teaching isn't just about delivering information; it’s about creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel inspired to explore, ask questions, and challenge themselves. One of the most fulfilling aspects of teaching is the opportunity to make a lasting impact on someone's life. Whether it's helping a student overcome a struggle, guiding them through their learning journey, or simply encouraging them to believe in their potential, those moments are what drive my passion. I believe that every student is unique, and it’s important to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, whether through creative approaches, hands-on activities, or one-on-one support. Building meaningful relationships with students, understanding their strengths and challenges, and providing personalized guidance is at the heart of what I do. I completed my General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) in the United Kingdom, where I laid the foundation for my academic journey. Subsequently, I pursued my A-levels, advancing my knowledge in specific subjects and preparing for higher education. Currently, I am enrolled in university, where I am actively engaged in furthering my education.
