**SSH** My name is Rabiah, and I am a Psychology student at Loughborough University. I am an outgoing, friendly and positive individual. In my free time I enjoy travelling, socialising and creating content for social media. During the difficult period of covid, I have a found a keen interest in voluntary work, and am proud to be recognised as a lead volunteer for the charity Penny Appeal.

I'm a highly driven, enthusiastic learner and teacher; I am currently completing my qualification to become a certified TEFL/TESOL teacher to teach abroad and help students of all ages and backgrounds gain confidence in English. Alongside this, I am currently completing my degree in Zoology. I can teach a variety of age groups and subjects including maths, biology, general sciences, geography, zoology, and English at primary and KS3 levels—as well as English literature, English language, biology, psychology, zoology and geography at GCSE. Due to a new job in childcare, the only times I have available for teaching are during school hours on Monday-Friday. I also have a 9 a.m. slot on Sundays. Exam Board Experience: AQA, Edexcel. Languages: Fluent/native in English (currently completing a TEFL/TESOL course in the English language as well), Basic French and Spanish. SEND: I do not have any specific experience with SEND groups, however, I have worked with children in mixed-ability groups. I am more than happy to cater my tutoring towards any SEND requirements or disability requirements, I aim for my lessons to be as accessible as possible. I have quite a few students currently that are SEND and have been successful with them so far. Preferred student age group: Primary age up to GCSE, and any ESL/TEFL students wanting to learn English I have many hobbies including music, reading fiction and non-fiction and learning new things from scientific literature. I would like to say that I'm always doing a hobby that is interesting and productive but I also love watching movies in bed and taking lovely, long walks around town with my headphones on. As a student that prioritised my grades and my studies so much, I understand far too well how it can affect your mental health and well-being. Making sure my students are happy and confident is my number one priority, and I will ensure that I act as a supportive and compassionate tutor.

I have 7 years experience in teaching and 5 year experience in online teaching. I really love to teach students online. My hobbies are listening Music, Reading books. I have 3 years to handle to students those have learning difficulties and SEN. I also loved to teach the late speakers. . I am always keen to Learning about the different cultures of the world and processes the natural world undergoes has always fascinated me, so much so, I decided to get a degree in it! I really love to travelling around different countries And always be ready to accept their culture. I really love to learning new things and always try to meet people of different culture and always try to accept it.

I am a dedicated and passionate maths tutor who has experience for over 4 years in tutoring for SATS, GCSE and A-level students. I have an effective way of explaining key concepts clearly to student’s in an engaging and collaborative manner. My patience and experience allow me to adapt easily to the student’s needs. I tailor each lesson to the student’s specific needs who often have varying learning paces and styles. I am supportive, students are encouraged to ask questions, not only during lessons but throughout the week. Motivating students is essential and part of the learning journey by building their confidence and exploring their understanding. My main aim is to get students ready for exams through using my own structured techniques I used during my GCSEs and A-levels which helped me obtain grade A and A*. I currently have a mixture of students, with varying abilities between year 6 and year 11.
