My method for GCSE/ A-Level tutoring involves using mini-tests and looking at past assessments completed by the student to identify areas of weakness, and this will enable us to develop a better understanding of those topics. During the sessions, we will also look through exam questions and examiner reports together to identify and practice the skills required to achieve the top grades. Most importantly, I will work on building the student's confidence in their subject through these tailored sessions so they can reach their full academic potential. As for primary school students, my aim is to encourage the students to learn through educational and fun sessions which incorporate their personal interests to keep them engaged. I am very passionate about maths and the sciences, and I hope I can pass that on to my tutees. My non-academic interests include: archery, painting and embroidery. I am a Maths GCSE tutor who has just finished A-levels and am going to the University of Manchester for Engineering. In addition to maths, I have completed my A-levels in Biology and Chemistry and so have the capacity to teach both. I look forward to both helping students ace their exams and having fun along the way! I have completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels at Simon Langton Grammar School. I achieved straight A grades in every subject at both of those levels. As a result I was accepted to study engineering at the University of Manchester. I am currently a law student at the University of Sussex and I am in my second year. I am originally from Guildford in Surrey. I enjoy playing netball and riding horses in my spare time.
