Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a second-year Accounting and Finance student at Lancaster University. I achieved 9 GCSEs, ranging from 7-9, which allowed me to study Chemistry, Economics and Maths. I also gained an A* in my EPQ, which I completed in year 12, giving me crucial skills that I have carried forward to my degree. I have been tutoring for 8 months. During this time, I have helped prepare primary school students for their SATS and gained more confidence with maths in the classroom. I also prepared year 11 and 13 students for their GCSE and A levels by covering content they were unsure of and practising exam techniques. I previously gained experience mentoring GCSE students at my school. I am a student with dyslexia, so I understand the challenges students face in classroom settings. Anyone can be successful, which is why my sessions are student-led, so that they are catered towards each individual's learning style. If you are unsure of this throughout my school career, I have learnt different methods that work for me and would love to pass them on to others so that we can find a technique that works for you. I attended Rugby School, where I completed my GCSEs and A levels, and now I have gone on to study for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University, where my ambition is to become an ACA Chartered Accountant. Having studied Chemistry, Economics and Maths at A level, I offer tutoring for students up to and including year 11 in Maths and Chemistry and then Economics up to and including year 13 students.

Apart from my studies, I have been learning French for many years, and I also enjoy weightlifting, hiking, playing the guitar and painting.

I am a structural engineer with a background in engineering and architecture. I was an IB student myself so I know how much pressure A Level, IB and GCSE students can be under. I can aid students in understanding tricky concepts by breaking down every problem into manageable pieces. I have a passion for teaching young minds and would love to help your children reach their full potential! I have a Bachelors of architecture and a Masters of engineering from UCL. I completed my IB diploma at The International School of Brussels in 2019. I focused my studies on computational fluid dynamics and have a specialized interest in English literature.

Hi, I’m Rhianna. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their best results. My tutoring style is tailored to each exam board, integrating content thoroughly to ensure students are well-prepared and equipped to succeed in exams. I have been tutoring GCSE and A-Level students across a range of subjects and abilities over 3+ years, including Maths (all exam boards, GCSE), English Literature (all exam boards, GCSE & A-Level), English Language (all exam boards, GCSE), Sociology (AQA, GCSE & A-Level), Psychology (AQA, GCSE & A-Level), and Biology (all exam boards, GCSE).
