Hi! I am a first-year undergraduate student studying Applied Medical Sciences at UCL. I studied the IB curriculum at a boarding school, as previously I lived in Canada for 5 years. Living in Canada I played a lot of winter sports and due to this, I love skiing and figure skating. However, since I am living in London I now play volleyball and tennis professionally. I am half Japanese (my mom's side) and half French (my dad's side), therefore, I speak English, Japanese and French fluently but I was born in London. I have lived not only in Canada and the UK but Japan as well! I love all things Math and Biology and I cannot wait to get to know you!

Hi there! I'm Tami Okono, and I'm excited to be your tutor. I'm currently studying Economics in my second year at the University of Leicester. I'm 19 years old and I really like the colour green. When I'm not studying, you can usually find me cooking up something tasty or playing table tennis. These subjects provided me with a strong analytical foundation and a deeper understanding of human behavior, which are invaluable assets in the field of economics. Before my time in the UK, I completed my early education through secondary school at Greensprings School in Nigeria, where I developed a passion for learning and a global perspective on education.

I am a passionate Primary School Teacher that loves to help our next generation of young minds to progress and achieve their goals! I am very enthusiastic and my goal is to make learning fun and memorable. I currently teach Year 3 but have experience across all the year groups up to Year 6. I also tutor for 11+ preparation and currently have two 11+ students. I currently have Monday at 6:30pm available. I have completed an Autism Awareness diploma, attended lots of courses on trauma informed practises, as well as dyslexia and dyscalculia training. I have supported Year 6 with SATs preparation, Year 2 with SATs, and Year 1 with Phonics screening. I have lots of experience with both the KS1 and KS2 curriculum and I attend professional development courses every week to ensure I am continually developing my skills.
