I am a passionate educator dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. I teach Mathematics lessons and my most favorite is Calculus, inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential while continuously exploring innovative teaching strategies for professional growth. My goal is to make complex concepts accessible and to foster a lifelong love for learning, ensuring students build confidence in their abilities to tackle challenges both inside and outside the classroom. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics, a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education major in Mathematics, and am pursuing an Master's in Education major in Mathematics. I’ve taught General Mathematics and Calculus, fostering student growth through engaging lessons, coaching for competitions, and innovative strategies.

My name is Arcel, and I’m 29 years old. I'm a Math teacher but I can also teach Science (Biology & Chemistry) and Sociology. I like also playing basketball and guitar—two activities that allow me to express myself creatively and stay active. Whether it’s on the basketball court or playing my favorite songs, I enjoy the challenge and the connections these hobbies bring. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, Majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math), and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Teaching Mathematics. My journey in education is driven by my passion for mathematics and my desire to help students see the beauty in the subject. Teaching is something I’m deeply committed to, and I believe that with patience and the right approach, I can inspire students to develop a love for learning. In terms of character, I would describe myself as persistent and disciplined. I try to approach challenges with a positive attitude and always look for ways to grow, both personally and professionally. I value hard work, teamwork, and the idea of never giving up, whether it's in sports or academics. I believe that helping others and being a reliable friend and teacher are some of the most important things I can offer. I strive to be someone who encourages those around me to do their best and reach their full potential. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics (BSED-Math) from Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc. in April 2016. Shortly after, I successfully passed the licensure examination for teachers in September 2016. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics. My passion for mathematics and my dedication to education drive me to help students discover the beauty and relevance of the subject. Teaching is a profession I am deeply committed to, as I believe it is through education that I can make a lasting impact on students' lives. My goal as an educator is not only to help students master mathematical concepts but also to inspire them to develop a genuine interest in the subject. I understand that many students find math challenging, which is why I believe that patience and the right approach are key to helping them overcome obstacles. With a supportive learning environment, students can build confidence and come to appreciate math as a tool for critical thinking and problem-solving. Hola! Soy Miriam y actualmente soy estudiante de Comunicación Audiovisual en la Universidad de Granada. He estudiado dos bachilleres, el Bachillerato Nacional en la rama de humanidades y el Bachillerato Internacional, por lo que pude combinar asignaturas de todas las ramas. También conseguí el Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato en Andalucía. Tengo un nivel C1-C2 de inglés. ¡Tengo muchas ganas de empezar a dar clases! He superado la Primaria, la ESO y el Bachillerato con Matrícula de Honor. En selectividad obtuve un 13.4 y conseguí el Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato. Cursé 2 bachilleres simultáneamente: el Nacional y el Internacional. Tengo el título C1 de Inglés de Cambridge (con nivel de C2). Actualmente estudio Comunicación Audiovisual.

Hi! I am Lyka Anne I. Gabuat, I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, specializing in Teaching Mathematics to middle school and high school students. For 6 years, I have taught math courses to senior high school students, specifically Calculus, Statistics and Probabilities and General Mathematics. I also have a short but extensive experience teaching IB, A-level and IGCSE math’ through an after-school program in China. At present, I am an online private tutor catering students who are struggling in mathematics. At present, I’m a freelance private math tutor. I like to see my students have fun as they learn new ideas and concepts. I believe that every student is unique, and it's our responsibility as educators to nurture their individual strengths and help them reach their full potential. I graduated from University of Baguio, Philippines last may of 2016 and got my teaching license the same year. I worked in the same University from August 2016 - December 2022 as Senior High School math teacher. I went to China in the following year to tutor International students and come back for personal reasons. At the moment, I'm a freelance Math tutor catering primary school to senior high school students thru online and face-to-face platform. I am also a unit earner (25 units) in Masters in Education Major in Mathematics. In addition, I have B2 level Certificate in International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
