About Me Hello! My name is Mary Ann Suizo, and I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a love for fostering growth and curiosity in students. I have always believed in the transformative power of education, and my goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With experience in Mathematics areas such as General Mathematics and Statistics and Probability, also in Science for General Physics 1 and 2, I aim to inspire a love of learning and develop critical thinking skills that students can carry with them throughout their lives. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing Lawn Tennis as my sports and Reading and Studying nonfiction books especially an inspirational and motivational true to life journey which help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my teaching. Education I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education with a major in Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education, also with a major in Mathematics which provided me with a solid foundation in both pedagogical theory and subject-specific knowledge. Through my studies, I developed a strong understanding of how to create lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs, while also fostering a positive classroom environment. Additionally, I have participated in professional development trainings, seminars and workshops for the past years, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and educational tools. My educational journey continues as I strive to refine my skills and become a better teacher for my students every day.

Soy ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, y siempre he tenido gran pasión por las ciencias puras, en especial por las matemáticas (pero también se me dan genial la física y la química). Sóc català, així que també puc donar les classes en català! Tengo gran experiencia dando clases, ya que siempre he procurado ayudar a compañeros de clase y de otros cursos, así que empecé a hacerlo de forma oficial. Me gusta hacer las clases dinámicas e interesantes =) Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones y apasionado de las matemáticas, y con muy buen nivel de física. También tengo un ciclo superior en fabricación de productos farmacéuticos, por lo que también tengo muy buena base en biología y química. ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Laura García. Soy estudiante de Ingeniería en Transporte y Vías en la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC). Tuve la oportunidad de realizar un intercambio académico en la Universidad de Bayreuth, Alemania, donde cursé materias avanzadas de cálculo, fortaleciendo mi formación en el área. He trabajado como tutora de niños de primaria y como monitora en clases universitarias, brindando apoyo en asignaturas como matemáticas, física y cálculo. Mi enfoque es adaptar las clases a las necesidades de cada estudiante, facilitando el aprendizaje de una manera clara y efectiva. Estoy en proceso de obtener mi titulación como Ingeniera en Transporte y Vías en la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC). Durante mi formación, he adquirido sólidos conocimientos en matemáticas, física y cálculo, fundamentales para el análisis y diseño de infraestructura de transporte. Como parte de mi trayectoria académica, realicé un intercambio en la Universidad de Bayreuth, Alemania, donde cursé materias avanzadas de cálculo, enriqueciendo mi perspectiva y competencias en un entorno internacional.
