Oltre alle lingue, tra i miei hobby ci sono la pittura, la lettura del genere post-apocalittico e il pigrismo potente sul divano. Amo i film horror e sono fieramente uno di quei rompiscatole che afferma che i film sono meglio visti in lingua originale - perché è così! Ho 25 lunghi anni, vorrei diventare un insegnante... o ripiegare sull'aprire una lavanderia nei Paesi Bassi che chiamerò "De windmolen van Fabio" (Il mulino a vento di Fabio). Ho il gusto dell'orrido, infatti studio latino da autodidatta: evidentemene le lingue dei vivi non mi bastavano più e ho iniziato a infastidire gli antichi romani passati a miglior vita. L'unico problema è che quando chiedo loro come stanno, mi rispondono che Cartagine dev'essere distrutta. Chissà cosa sbaglierò... Ho studiato in un istituto professionale e sono diventato operatore socio-sanitario, ma desiderando di insegnare e/o tradurre, mi sono iscritto alla triennale in Lingue e Culture Orientali e Africane. Attualmente frequento l'ultimo anno di mandarino e coreano all'Orientale di Napoli. Ho superato tutti gli esami di lingua cinese con il massimo dei voti e lode. Ho ottenuto un C2 (CEFR) in lingua inglese e parlo francese abbastanza bene. Da autodidatta studio latino seguendo il metodo naturale di Hans H. Ørberg che insegna a usare il latino in maniera viva e stimolante e non con il metodo "tradizionale", quindi versioni e grammatica mnemonica - dunque sarebbe perfetto insegnare il latino a chi usa questo metodo o a chi vorrebbe conoscere la lingua per hobby!

I've been a teacher for 6 years now, handling various subjects in Junior High School and Senior High School, age ranging from 10 to 23 years old. Mi chiamo Elena, ho 22 anni, sono di Pescara, ma mi sono trasferita da qualche anno a Torino per studiare ingegneria energetica al Politecnico. Mi reputo una persona socievole, determinata, razionale, e molto aperta al confronto, soprattutto con persone di altre culture. Tra le mie passioni, ci sono il canto, la danza, la filosofia e il ragionamento in generale. La matematica infatti, come la filosofia, mi affascina per la sua astrattezza. La studio con entusiamo da quando ero piccolina, perchè è una materia intuibile, e a me non è mai piaciuto imparare le cose a memoria. Quando dò ripetizioni infatti, la cosa più importante per me è la comprensione dell'argomento, che sia di matematica o di fisica. Cerco di chiarire bene le ragioni dietro alcuni passaggi, ovviamente adattandomi allo studente che ho di fronte, e cercando di metterlo a suo agio.
