Sono Francesca, ho 37 anni e vivo a Padova. Ho una grande passione per gli sport all'aria aperta e faccio tanti, tanti km in bici. Per anni sono stata scout, prima come educanda e poi come educatrice. Da educatrice mi sono rapportata con tutte le fasce d'età, ma sono stata capo soprattutto di ragazzi dai 13 ai 20 anni. Amo leggere, ma ci sono dei periodi dell'anno in cui mi risulta un po' difficile a causa del poco tempo disponibile. Sono laureata in lingue straniere per la comunicazione internazionale presso l'Università degli studi di Padova. Ho vissuto in Spagna dopo la laurea ed ho lavorato per un'associazione di animazione del tempo libero che collaborava con i centri giovanili della città, motivo per cui organizzavamo eventi e scambi culturali per promuovere la mobilità giovanile in Europa. Da quando sono tornata ho iniziato ad insegnare collaborando con diverse associazioni e realtà della mia città. Nel 2016 ho fondato una mia cooperativa con delle altre ragazze che si occupa di supporto scolastico e di educazione parentale. Da oltre 10 anni organizzo e partecipo ad un programma di scambio culturale con ragazzi di Istanbul che studiano in dei licei italiani.

English is not just about grammar and rules! I myself did not learn it that way, and thus I do not teach it using such an approach either. The three main pillars I base every lesson on are: 1️⃣ interactivity and conversational activities, 2️⃣ listening and watching videos / podcasts / songs and other pieces of content the student is interested in, to analyze the way in which English is used in real-life contexts, and 3️⃣ anything the student might be interested in: English is not just boring exercises that require you to fill in blank spaces! Anything and everything can be turned into a learning opportunity as long as you feel like you're having fun. Of course, if you have school-related homework or grammar-based activities you need help with, I'm also available for those. Ich verfüge über ein umfassendes Fundament in Wirtschaft und Rechnungswesen dank meines Abschlusses an der Wirtschaftsfachoberschule, gefolgt von einem Bachelor in Management und Economics mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Finance an der Universität Innsbruck. Derzeit befinde ich mich im Masterstudium Management an der renommierten WU Wien und gehöre zu den besten Studierenden meines Jahrgangs. Neben meinem theoretischen Wissen konnte ich dieses auch in der Praxis anwenden, durch Praktika im Brand Management und als Kreditanalyst. Diese Erfahrungen haben mir wertvolle Einblicke in die reale Geschäftswelt gegeben und mir dabei geholfen zu verstehen, wie wichtig die Verbindung von Theorie und Praxis ist. Über meine Studienzeit hinaus habe ich meine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten durch mein Engagement in akademischen Vereinen und meiner aktuellen Position als Vorstandsmitglied eines studentischen Vereins weiterentwickelt. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln, für erfolgreichen Nachhilfeunterricht entscheidend ist. Ich verstehe, wie wichtig effiziente Lerntechniken sind, um Wissen effektiv aufzunehmen und anzuwenden. Gerne gebe ich dieses Wissen an meine Schüler weiter und helfe ihnen dabei, ihre individuellen Lernziele zu erreichen. Meine Leidenschaft fürs Lehren und Lernen motiviert mich dazu, meine Schüler bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Sono una grande appassionata della vita, amo cogliere al volo tutte le opportunità che mi si presentano, amo leggere, viaggiare e conoscere nuovi posti e nuove culture. Nel corso dei miei lunghi viaggi ho avuto l'opportunità di confrontarmi con tante realtà diverse che mi hanno permesso di crescere e acquisire sempre più maturità. Il mio motto è...viaggare per crescere, imparare per vivere! Mi sono laureata in Economia e Management presso l’università di Trento all’età di 21 anni, dopo mi sono trasferita a Parma per conseguire la magistrale in Marketing. Dopo aver vinto una borsa di studio in Vietnam, mi sono trasferita a Danang, ove ho vissuto per 1 anno. Lì ho migliorato e affinato la lingua inglese e così ho iniziato a impartire lezioni di inglese ai bambini delle scuole elementari. Nello stesso istante in cui ho varcato la soglia della scuola piena di bambini entustiasti e volenterosi é nata la passione per l’insegnamento.
