I facilitated individual and group counseling sessions, working closely with students to address their challenges and develop strategies for resilience and growth. My role also involved collaborating with parents and teachers to create tailored interventions that promoted the holistic development of each student. I am particularly passionate about fostering mental health awareness and empowering young individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Currently, I apply my skills as an Online ESL Teacher, helping non-native speakers improve their English proficiency. In this role, I develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive and interactive environment that encourages confidence in speaking, writing, and comprehension. This experience has further enhanced my ability to communicate effectively across cultures, adapt to diverse learning styles, and motivate students to succeed. Ciao a tutti! Sono Fiorenza, un'analista funzionale con una laurea in ingegneria gestionale. Nel mio mondo professionale, mi dedico appassionatamente all'ottimizzazione dei sistemi aziendali. Al di fuori dell'ufficio, amo immergermi in nuovi scenari attraverso la lettura e le serie TV, una fonte inesauribile di ispirazione. Super appassionata di matematica ho frequentato il Liceo Scientifico diplomandomi con un ottimo voto, ho conseguito poi la Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale, e di seguito la Laurea Magistrale sempre in Ingegneria Gestionale con indirizzo Organizzazione d'Impresa. Ho conseguito un master di secondo livello per l'insegnamento delle materie scientifiche, ....che adoro.
