As a Guidance Counselor, I had the privilege of supporting students' personal, academic, and social development. I facilitated individual and group counseling sessions, working closely with students to address their challenges and develop strategies for resilience and growth. My role also involved collaborating with parents and teachers to create tailored interventions that promoted the holistic development of each student. I am particularly passionate about fostering mental health awareness and empowering young individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Currently, I apply my skills as an Online ESL Teacher, helping non-native speakers improve their English proficiency. In this role, I develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive and interactive environment that encourages confidence in speaking, writing, and comprehension. This experience has further enhanced my ability to communicate effectively across cultures, adapt to diverse learning styles, and motivate students to succeed. Hello everybody! Mi chiamo Serena, ho 22 anni e sono di Palermo. Sono qui per insegnare inglese, la mia lingua preferita, cercando di introdurre dei metodi di insegnamento più stimolanti e “leggeri” rispetto a ciò di cui io stessa sono stata abituata. Spero di riuscire nel mio intento! Diplomata in lingue, con votazione 98/100 presso il liceo Ninni Cassarà di Palermo. Adesso frequento il corso triennale di Fashion Design presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo. Sono specializzata in Fashion Styling, ma allo stesso tempo coltivo una passione per la lingua inglese sin dall’infanzia, consolidata durante il liceo, ed ancora oggi in continua evoluzione attraverso uno studio personale.

Maturita' classica, laureanda in fisica, nata e vissuta molti anni all'estero, madrelingua Olandese. Amo viaggiare, arrampicare, amo l'arte, la musica ,il teatro, il cinema ed i giochi da tavolo. Sono socievole ed interessata alla vita. Sono empatica e nelle lezioni riesco a creare un'atmosfera collaborativa e produttiva con gli studenti. Mi sono diplomata al liceo classico di Cortona e frequento la facolta' di fisica all'universita' degli studi di Perugia, dove sono in procinto di completare il ciclo di laurea triennale.
