Sono una studentessa di Ingegneria Gestionale all'Università degli studi di Firenze. Ho conseguito la laurea triennale nel 2023 e attualmente sono all'ultimo anno della magistrale nello stesso indirizzo. Da quattro anni aiuto i ragazzi offrendo ripetizioni e aiuto compiti e ho avuto modo di lavorare con tutte le età, dalla scuola elementare alla quinta superiore. Tra il 2014 e il 2019 ho frequentato l'ITIS Tullio Buzzi a Prato con indirizzo chimica. Nel 2019 ho iniziato il mio percorso universitario all'Università degli Studi di Firenze alla facoltà di Ingegneria Gestionale concludendo nel 2023 la laurea triennale. Nello stesso anno ho iniziato nella stessa università la magistrale che tutt'ora sto portando a termine.

Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident, encouraging them to share their hobbies, interests, and personal experiences. I incorporate these elements into lessons and practice problems, making the learning process more relatable, enjoyable, and aligned with their unique passions. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic foundations but also acquire the practical skills and insights needed to excel in their careers. I believe in providing students with a well-rounded learning experience that prepares them for the dynamic challenges of the engineering world, particularly in emerging sectors like renewable energy. As I continue to grow professionally, I look forward to further contributing to the academic community, sharing my knowledge, and learning from others to enhance both my teaching and industry practice.

Sono Marsela, ho 24 anni e sono una studentessa di Ingegneria Civile all’Università degli Studi di Trieste. Ho diversi anni di esperienza nell’insegnamento di materie come matematica e fisica con bambini dai 6 anni fino a ragazzi di 19 anni. Sono una persona molto empatica e disponibile ad adattare le mie lezioni a diverse esigenze. Ho lavorato anche con ragazzi DSA. Ho frequentato il liceo scientifico ordinario e ho conseguito il diploma con punteggio di 73/100. Adesso sto studiando all’Università degli Studi di Trieste alla triennale di Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale. Ho lavorato per alcuni anni per un Centro Studi dove facevo ripetizioni principalmente di matematica e fisica.
