Ciao! Mi chiamo Carlo, ho 23 anni e sono uno studente di Medicine & Surgery. Da sempre appassionato di scienza e insegnamento, ho maturato esperienza aiutando altri studenti a comprendere meglio le materie scientifiche e matematiche, sviluppando un metodo chiaro e strutturato. Credo che ogni studente abbia il proprio modo di apprendere e che, con il giusto supporto, sia possibile affrontare lo studio con più sicurezza e meno stress. Il mio obiettivo è rendere matematica, chimica e biologia più accessibili, aiutando gli studenti a raggiungere i loro obiettivi con un metodo efficace e personalizzato. Insieme possiamo trasformare le difficoltà in opportunità di crescita. Ho frequentato la Scuola Europea di Bruxelles, dove ho conseguito il diploma con un percorso di studi focalizzato su scienze e matematica. Successivamente, ho iniziato il mio percorso universitario in Biologia, completando due anni di studi in cui ho approfondito chimica, biochimica, genetica e fisiologia. Attualmente, proseguo la mia formazione nel corso di Medicine & Surgery. Ho conseguito il certificato IELTS livello C1 per la lingua inglese e ho maturato esperienza nell’insegnamento supportando altri studenti nello studio delle materie scientifiche e matematiche. La mia formazione accademica mi ha permesso di sviluppare una solida preparazione in matematica, chimica e biologia, ambiti in cui offro supporto didattico mirato.

Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident, encouraging them to share their hobbies, interests, and personal experiences. I incorporate these elements into lessons and practice problems, making the learning process more relatable, enjoyable, and aligned with their unique passions. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic foundations but also acquire the practical skills and insights needed to excel in their careers. I believe in providing students with a well-rounded learning experience that prepares them for the dynamic challenges of the engineering world, particularly in emerging sectors like renewable energy. ABOUT ME Hi, I’m Hermie. As an educator who loves to meet students from diverse backgrounds, I have had the opportunity to teach people from different countries and embrace their cultures. I'm an explorer who loves to travel and connect with nature. I put my utmost effort in making learning fun and engaging to all. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, which has given me a strong foundation in problem-solving, creativity, and analytical thinking. However, my passion for teaching led me to pursue a TESOL certification from the American TESOL Institute. This certification has equipped me with the specialized skills and methodologies needed to effectively conduct lessons. By combining my academic background and my TESOL training, I am able to approach teaching with a unique perspective, drawing on my diverse skill set to create engaging, structured lessons.
