I am Ebru Melike IBIS, Ebru is preferred usually and I love both of my names. I’ve been a science teacher for five years. After my internships in Tevfik Fikret Schools (FrancÉducation) and IDV Bilkent Middle School (IB), I worked in a Cambridge school for three years. Nowadays, I am working another Cambridge accredited school and an online international academy (CCSS and NGSS), and I am teaching the courses of General Science, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry and Biology from grade 4 to 12. I am always so energetic and motivated especially in my job and my hobbies. Teaching is a dynamic process for me. If we are not as dynamic as possible, it will be hard to teach effectively and to manage the class. Moreover, spending time for child development always inspires and motivates me a lot. Even though there are some problematic students, I focus on getting their attention. This is not as easy as it seems but I am a go-getter person. This adjective, go-getter, is usually used to describe me by my friends and family. Furthermore, I have some hobbies which are playing tennis, doing yoga and reading books and journals. They all enhance some of my skills. Tennis keeps me alert and focused. Yoga helps me to understand myself and calm down even at crisis management. They are also healthy activities for my body. Reading books and journals keep me updated to surprise my students and colleagues, too. I have been in USA as a part of a cultural exchange program named Work and Travel and I have lived my best days at that time. USA is a cosmopolitan and multicultural country. As an open-minded person, I can easily adapt to teach worldwide. I am sure that it will be a great time not only for me but also for my prospective students. I can have them experience different foods, music styles and dances from my culture. My future students can inspire me every day because there are students from many different cultures. Then, the days we spend together would be great example for the term of ‘mutualism’ in science. I see the organization climates as a family. Of course, we are professionals, and we have professional relationships. However, in schools, we care about students and education, so there are always surprising situations and updates. To be adaptive to these changes, every candidate should be insightful and helpful. Moreover, except from the adaptability, internal stakeholders in schools see each other every work day, and the climate is created by their behaviors to each other. Positive behaviors and smiling faces can raise the positiveness of the environments as I am always careful about these issues. This is sahar, I am 36 years old. I have been teacher for 10 years. I love my job. I studied teaching in my country, Iran. I am Persian but I can speak turkish too since I am working in bursa, Turkey for four years. I have two teaching international degrees CELTA and TESOL. I did CELTA in Armenia and TESOL in İstanbul so I'm ready to teach all the levels and ages.

Merhaba ben Ozan, matematik öğretmeniyim. Bisiklet sürmek, satranç oynamak, doğa gezileri ve öğrencilerimin problem çözme çabalarını izlemek en sevdiğim hobilerim. Ortaokul dönemimde pek hoşlanmadığım matematik dersini, lisedeki matematik öğretmenim sayesinde sevdim ve matematik öğretmeni olmaya karar verdim; bir öğretmenin dokunduğu öğrenciler için ne kadar önemli olduğunu bizzat bildiğimden bu konuya çok dikkat ederim.
