Your tasks:

  • Be a guardian of our business KPIs - continually evaluate trends, performance, insights and strategic tactics to ensure objectives are met
  • Identify pain points and moments of delight within the customer’s journey using data and research to retain the existing customer base and identify additional value from existing customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention - develop prevention/retention strategies to achieve industry best churn rates
  • Develop upsell & cross sell strategies in close collaboration with Customer Operations and Product Management
  • End to end management of strategic programmes - from the development of comprehensive business cases, to coordination and execution of the campaigns, to in-depth response analysis, you will be responsible for the full breadth of CVM initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimise tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets
  • Seek out and utilise market trends, analytics research and insights to iterate and optimise customer strategy
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams across the business in order to capitalise on commercial opportunities

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of B2C Customer Success, CVM or CRM
  • Hands-on, data driven, analytical, with a strong strategic background and experience in the customer field - the ability to translate strategic KPIs into business plans
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A deep understanding of subscription business metrics and challenges
  • Hustler mentality: you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave knowledge and new experiences
  • Comfortable working towards challenging targets and deadlines
  • Experience of working in a start up/ scale up environment is a plus
