I'm currently in my second year of med school at Newcastle University, juggling my studies with a taste for adventure. Growing up bilingual (thanks to my English father and Italian mother), I've had the privilege of experiencing two vibrant cultures. Most of our family vacations revolve around my Italian heritage, which is something I truly cherish. When I'm not nose-deep in my medical textbooks, you can catch me kicking a football on the field or sweating it out at the gym. Staying active is a big deal for me. Plus, I'm all about exploring new avenues. This year, I decided to give bouldering a shot – it's quite hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be really good fun. Sports are woven into the fabric of my life, whether I'm the one playing or just an eager spectator. Whether it's the heart-pounding excitement of football, the strategic moves in tennis, or the lightning-speed action of F1, I'm hooked. Hi! I'm Mehmin and I'm currently an undergraduate student studying architecture so I'm very creative minded, frequently indulging in painting and creative projects. Because of this, I am able to take multiple approaches when it comes to conceptualising ideas. Having completed my A levels in mathematics, biology and art, I have the knowledge to teach GCSE level mathematics (AQA), chemistry (Edexcel GCSE) and biology (Edexcel GCSE and AQA A level). I'm a 3rdd year medical student at Newcastle University, but I'm originally from Cumbria. I really enjoy the sciences particularly anything related to the human body, hence why I want to be a Doctor. In my spare time I'm an avid swimmer in both the pool and in the lake, and also enjoy reading and playing the Saxophone.
