To become a tutor you must be at least 18 years old. It is preferred, but not mandatory, that you have previous teaching or educational experience.
The tutor sign up process consists of five simple steps. It usually takes about 5-10 days before you are verified as a tutor and can begin tutoring.
At GoStudent, tutors work as freelancers and receive an hourly rate. You are therefore not bound by any contract. Should your monthly payout exceed the marginal earnings threshold, you must report it to your local tax office.
Check out our page to calculate your estimated rate for each 50 minute lesson. Since we provide you with a steady stream of students, your monthly payout will largely depend on how many hours you are able to tutor per month.
